RESEARCH: My thesis research uses X-ray microscopy (STXM and PEEM), along with omplementary techniques (AFM and XPS) to investigate patterning in polymer thin films and at polymer surfaces. This work will provide essential background information needed to apply X-ray microscopy to studies of real world biomaterials.
