Details for generating the corex_index_flat file with  clickable filenames

1. in aXis2000, navigate to Utilities~Other~ISEELS_generate corex index

2. navigate to X:\\aph-website\corex\data

3. select the range of *.os files to be included 
    (if you select all, it will take some time ~1 minute)

4. type name of the output in 1-folder up from \data 
     ( X:\\aph-website\corex\corex_index_test.csv)
      from IDLDE, can generate the index with click-codes by w=print_is_database(/index)

5. open Dreamweaver

6. open the file: cedb-flat_template.html

7. position cursor below the title and set left justify

8.  in Dreamweaver, execute:   file\Import\Import Table Data ... 

9.  save the result (e.g. cedb-index-flat.html)
